Please note: Although I aim to reply, and often reply much quicker than 24 hours, I am not an emergency service*, nor a full service practice, and I cannot guarantee I will answer you, nor that I will be available to visit you and your pet.
*If you think your pet is suffering an unacceptable amount right now, and is therefore an emergency, you should call your usual veterinary practice, even if you went there only once, or if out of hours, their OOH provider. They and you are responsible for your pets immediate care. If you have never visited a vet, then the first regular full service practice you contact is responsible for helping you, including an OOH provider.
