There is an emergency service surcharge of £50 for any booking within 24 hours. This would be in addition to any other surcharge added.
There is a variable travel surcharge if the journey will take longer than 30 minutes. This would be in addition to any other surcharge added.
Fees are due on the day of the visit, but can be paid in advance if you prefer not to worry about this on the day.
A deposit of £50 will be taken to secure your booking, this will taken off the final amount when the full bill is settled.
I do not normally operate out of hours (OOH) if a visit is requested in what I consider to be OOH, such as at night or on a bank holiday, and I agree to the visit, a £50 OOH surcharge will be added to the bill. This would be in addition to any other surcharge added.
I have a portable card reader that accepts all major card types which I can bring on the visit, I can also accept pre-payment via online payment portal or bank transfer. Cash is an option but change cannot be given.
